A Fresh Creative Atmosphere for the Beauty Industry's Next Generation

Robert Cromeans is the most popular icon in the beauty industry. For over 25 years as the Global Artistic and Business Director for Paul Mitchell, he has shaped consumer and industry trends globally. Although he already owned a high-end luxury salon chain, A Robert Cromeans Salon, Robert saw a need for a place that new stylists could hone their craft in a high-volume environment.
Prophetic partnered with Robert to create Walk In Salon, a low-price, high-value, high-volume brand that would serve as a training ground for recent Paul Mitchell The School graduates, who would eventually become the next generation of stylists for A Robert Cromeans Salon.
The first Walk In Salon opened as a pop-up shop in San Diego‘s Pacific Beach neighborhood. Within a month after opening, Walk In had over quadupled the volume of the salon we took over, becoming the bu-siest salon in the neighborhood virtually over night. Since the opening of that store, we have opened several more stores across the country.
