WorkHuman is about celebrating the human spirit in the work environment—elevating individual human strengths and engendering cultural diversity by rewarding achievement through recognition. WorkHuman, the organization, is a software company with the world’s number one recognition software. WorkHuman, the conference, is the top event for the Human Resources community. The conference is a living embodiment of the software, and our team was tasked with bringing it to life.
The main sessions boasted speakers including Michelle Obama, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, but the event came to life in an area we called WorkHuman Central. We took a run-of-the-mill hotel hallway and transformed into an area that embodied the local Arizona desert landscape, and connected people through activities that celebrated individual’s unique gifts.
