Reclaiming the last lakefront property in Seattle for a luxurious new future.
Barbee Mill was a 1940’s era sawmill on Lake Washington, next door to the Seahawks training facility. Connor Homes saw an opportunity to reclaim the land to build a 21st century luxury community on the last available lakefront property on Seattle’s famous lake. Our team worked with architects and designers to build their sales center, marketing materials and the brand for the new development. Our sales center became their community center once the community sold out. The Barbee Mill logo captures the inspiration of the forest, the sun and the lake.
